The price of the product changed without any communication, how is this possible?
The price in the web shop is live calculated during the search of the parts, based on the last known purchase price. This may cause a price to change from time to time.

I don’t see any orders in Order History in My Account
On the "Order History" page in "My Account", you can see all the orders places trough this webportal. Orders placed (before the end of 2021) on the old webportal (webshop-facil.be), are not visible on the new webportal anymore. If you received an order confirmation by email at the time of ordering, you can assume that the order is properly in our system and that it will be processed as you are used to.
How does this webportal work to order parts?

Does the total weight of boxes include the pallet weight?
No, the weights in the webportal are estimations only and doesn't include any packaging weigth.

You can use your email address as username. If you lost your password, you can request a new password by clicking this link.
What does it mean if an item is not showing up on the web portal?
If a part cannot be found in the web portal, it does not mean that we cannot provide it. There may be several reasons why a part is not visible through the web portal. Please contact us to see if we can still deliver it.
Will VAT be charged?
This depends of your country and the country where the ordered parts are located and is visible in your checkout screen and in the order confirmations.
Can I have different logins for myself and colleagues?
Yes, it is possible to have multiple login users connected to your customer number. It's even possible to define different roles like finance, warehouse and purchasing. Please contact us for more information.
How do I know where and when my order will be ready for pickup?
In the search results you can already see the pickup locations and our estimated pickup dates. You will also find this on the shopping cart, checkout page and the order confirmation. When the order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification by our material planners.
Why do different locations offer different pickup dates?
The pickup dates shown in the webportal are calculated based on the availability of the parts in our stock and at our suppliers. These are also based on reservations of the parts by other customers.
