Having trouble logging in?

If the page doesn’t respond after clicking ‘log in’, you might have run into cookie and / or caching issues.

Please try to remove the cookies for webshop.facil.be and remove your browser cache. If you are unsure how to remove your cookies or cache, follow the guides below. Please note that the process may depend on the browser you’re using.

Removing cookies

  1. In Chrome, at the top right, click More (three dots) and then Settings.
  2. Click Privacy and security and then Third-party cookies.
    Tip: If you are part of the Tracking Protection test group, select Tracking Protection instead.
  3. Click See all site data and permissions.
  4. At the top right, search for the website's name (webshop.facil.be).
  5. To the right of the site, click Delete.
  6. To confirm, click Delete.

  1. In Edge, select Settings and more > Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
  2. Under Cookies and data stored, select Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data and search for the site whose cookies you want to delete (webshop.facil.be).
  3. Select the down arrow to the right of the site whose cookies you want to delete and select Delete.

  1. Go to webshop.facil.be
  2. Click the Padlock at the left of the address bar.
  3. Click Clear Cookies and Site data.

  1. In Safari, go to Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data.
  2. Choose the website (webshop.facil.be)
  3. select Remove

Removing cache

  1. In Chrome, at the top right, click More (three dots) and then Clear browsing data.
  2. Select a time range of All time..
  3. Select the types of information you want to remove: Cached images and files
  4. Click Clear data.
  5. Reload the Facil webshop page.

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data
  2. Select Ctrl+Shift+Del
  3. Reload the Facil webshop page.

You can also type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar to access this function.

  1. Go to Preferences or Settings, depending on your operating system.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
  5. With check marked, click the Clear button.
  6. Close the Settings page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
  7. Reload the Facil webshop page.

  1. While Safari is running, select the first option, Safari, from the top left of your menu bar.
  2. Select Preferences… or use the keyboard shortcut [CMD] + [,]
  3. A pop-up window will open. Select the Advanced tab.
  4. Click the checkbox at the bottom of this tab that reads Show Develop menu in menu bar. A new item will now appear in the menu bar called Develop.
  5. Whenever you want to clear your cache, click on Develop and select Empty Caches.
  6. Reload the Facil webshop page.
